工作內容
The position is to lead global methodologies of Bright Site Program (BSP) and Lean manufacturing techniques to Asia plants and responsible for identifying, coordinating and implementing continuous improvement activities as well as championing change. Likely to be an expert in Lean methodologies with a Black Belt or equivalent qualification. Coaches, trains and assesses others. Meanwhile, the position is to ensure all Operations community to be communicated and aligned with global Bright Site Program requirements on Productivity, Energy Efficiency, Maintenance Excellence and Engineering Systems.
Requirements:

Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree with Six Sigma Black Belt or rquivalent qualification is preferred;

Qualified Lean/Six SigmaTrainer is advantageous

At least 3 years of experiences in leading (not exposure to) Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement / Kaizen / TQM / TPM and having some significant achievements / impact

Understanding English / various culture used in Asia Operations

Project, process & engineering knowledge and commercially and financially aware

Good leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent organisational and follow-up skills

Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
