全球經濟及人才競爭日益加劇，學界悉心培養人才與技術研究的實用性是現今學界、企業及社會經濟發展的共同關鍵課題。
中國工業工程學會之「產學合作委員會」竭誠邀請各校教師與業界等專家學者，針對產學合作的議題，透過經驗分享與實務心得交換，增進學校與產業界之彼此瞭解，擴展產學合作的機會。期待以此分享聚會建立產學交流平台，加速產學價值整合，提升共同的競爭力，創造雙贏契機。

The 30th International Conference on Flexible Automation and Intelligent Manufacturing (FAIM2020 – www.faimconference.org) will be held in Athens, Greece, June 15-18, 2020, hosted by the National Technical University of Athens, Greece’s oldest and most prestigious university. The theme of FAIM2020 is “Multiple, complementary and evolving facets of modern manufacturing: holistic synthesis” pointing to its four thematic pillars underpinned by automation and intelligence streams:

Welcome to FAIM2020 International Conference. Flexible Automation and Intelligent Manufacturing International Conference series has been run in 26 cities in 14 countries in Europe.

All papers presented at FAIM2020 will be published as ‘gold open-access’ in 'Procedia Manufacturing' (Elsevier), indexed by Scopus and until recently by Thomson Reuters ("Conference Proceedings Citation Index”).
Authors of high caliber manuscripts may opt for concurrent review of their manuscripts for fast-track publications in two refereed journals - ‘Robotics and CIM – An International Journal’, or ‘International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology’, provided that authors do present their accepted papers in the conference. Additionally, a special issue of ‘International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing’, will be launched to accommodate extended versions of selected top conference papers, shortly after the Conference. An excellent Scientific Committee of internationally renowned academicians will safeguard high quality of accepted papers.
